Regenerative Medicine

Regenerative medicine is a cellular-level therapy that aims to help repair the body heal and repair. Based on the process used, the potential of these cells has multiple applications, including for musculoskeletal concerns, systemic health conditions and the ultimate in anti-aging and biohacking.

What is Regenerative Medicine?

Regenerative medicine involves utilizing special cells to help regenerate and heal body tissues. These cells can support the repair of orthopedic issues such as damaged joints, muscles, tendons, and ligaments, while also assisting with certain systemic or chronic health conditions.

As the field continues to advance, one of the most notable breakthroughs is the growing use of stem cell–based therapies. Stem cells offer a unique ability to transform into various types of tissue, making them a powerful option for enhancing healing and supporting long-term recovery.

For those interested in maintaining their health, improving longevity, or slowing signs of aging, these same regenerative options — including select stem cell protocols — can deliver measurable, science-backed benefits. Stem cell treatments are also increasingly used for targeted relief, especially for knee pain, arthritis, and certain forms of chronic back pain, offering patients a non-surgical path to improved mobility and reduced discomfort. Best of all, these procedures are minimally invasive, performed in-office, and involve virtually no downtime.

Types of Regenerative Medicine Therapies

Platelet rich plasma PRP preparation in a centrifuge for regenerative medicine

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP)

Platelet Rich Plasma Injections are a method of cellular regeneration that use the patient’s own regenerative cells for the treatment of damaged joints, muscles, tendons or ligaments.

Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) is a safe alternative treatment for chronic or acute orthopedic joint, tendon, ligament and muscle injuries. This is a minimally-invasive, in-office procedure with virtually no down-time.

The day of the procedure, a blood draw is done, and the patient’s blood is spun down in a centrifuge to separate out the highly concentrated anti-inflammatory and growth factors. These cells are then injected into the area of pain, injury, or even trigger points to help speed the healing process, and in most cases help decrease pain and inflammation relatively quickly.

By injecting concentrated PRP into an area of concern, your body will recognize this site as a priority to help it heal more quickly, stimulating the repair processes to occur over the next 8-12 weeks.

A2M (Alpha-2-Macroglobulin)

A2M is a naturally occurring protein in your blood with a remarkable ability to neutralize the enzymes responsible for cartilage breakdown. When concentrated and injected into damaged joints, it helps halt the progression of osteoarthritis, reduce inflammation, and create space for regeneration. A2M is Well Infused’s choice for proactive, precision-based joint care—especially when surgery isn’t the answer.

Therapeutic Goals:

  • Prevents further cartilage degeneration

  • Reduces inflammation and joint pain

  • Ideal for early-mid stage osteoarthritis
