What's special about Well Infused?

Well Infused is a new model of healthcare. We empower our providers with information, education and training to make a measurable impact on the health and quality of life of the clients they serve. We offer comprehensive lab panels to evaluate a client's health, paired with clinical interpretation and custom results for an entire health plan. While supplements and IVs can be a pivotal part of a client's recommendations, we're positioned to offer so much more. Our list of services offers solutions that many clients can't find elsewhere - and our membership model is meant to establish great relationships and long-term health outcomes.

Do I have to be a doctor to own a location?

We have established a model that does not require our owners to be a physician of any kind. While a physician certainly can own a location - we wanted to create a model that any entrepreneur can own. Each location does need on-site Nurse Practitioners and other key employees, and we will assist each franchisee with the regulations in their state.

Can I convert my existing location into a Well Infused?

Many healthcare providers are interested in adding a Well Infused location to complement their other practice (chiropractic, physical therapy, fitness center, etc.). It's important to know that Well Infused is NOT meant to be an afterthought - and will require dedicated space (1800sq ft+). It also requires a unique entrance, but our team can absolutely assist with how this can be done with a simple floor plan review.

Do I need to have clinical experience to hire healthcare employees?

The short answer, no. While managerial experience is beneficial, business owners do not need to have healthcare experience. Each role and position within Well Infused has dedicated training guides, online video trainings, and manuals. In addition, all franchisees are welcome to join in the weekly corporate zoom calls for ongoing sales, marketing and clinical training.

What employee roles will I need to fill?

Each location will need an on-site Nurse Practitioner. This is often a part-time position at first, and expanding as patient-need requires. At all times, an RN will need to be on-site to provide the basic services that may schedule same day. At first, the RN can also cover front desk duties until patient flow requires that specific position be filled.

Is malpractice insurance cost-prohibitive?

Like nearly all vendors you'll need for supplies and equipment, we've also negotiated a great rate with a custom-created insurance policy for Well Infused that covers all services offered for right around $1200/month. To date, we have had no claims for either clinic based on the standards and protocols we have in place.
