Our Origins and Vision
In 2017, Founder Staci Blume found herself struggling with chronic pain and hormone imbalance. As a chiropractor, she was already following all the wellness protocols, and even here holistic provider didn’t know how to help. Knowing 60% of Americans deal with unresolved chronic illness, along with her husband Nate, they became driven to create a holistic healthcare model that would not only solve Staci’s health concerns but help many others in the process.
When they shared their vision with friends and colleagues, Dr. Shawn Dill also recognized that the vision would fill a gap in the market, and massive need in the world. Together, the four combined their years of experience building healthcare businesses, previous experience as both a franchisees and franchisors, as well as coaching and consulting other entrepreneurs, to create a healthcare model that can be replicated to support patients and provide opportunity for health professionals in ways traditional medicine cannot.

The original Well Infused location opened in the suite next door to the Blume’s chiropractic office. This location grew quickly, demonstrating the demand in the community for a trusted and comprehensive functional medicine clinic.
Naples, Florida
November, 2023
Location #2 was opened in Naples, FL – part time home to Dr. Shawn Dill. This location was intentionally opened in a cold market as proof-of concept and testing of marketing strategies before offering Franchise locations.
Tell City, Indiana
September, 2025
Location #3 opened in Tell City, IN – hometown of our first official franchisee Kaylaa Lawalin, NP. This location was awarded to finalize proof in small cold markets and show a Nurse Practitioner could transition into Business Owner and thrive with our model.
